 I  recently made these pendants, that will be incorporated into necklace designs. I am really happy with how they turned out!

Beyond: Awakening, A Spring Art Marketplace

I am finally all packed up and ready for the big show in the big city this weekend. If you are local, I will be at the Hotel Arts, downtown Calgary, May 17 and 18. 

The show is the Beyond: Awakening A Spring Art Marketplace, and features some amazing local talent!

Lately I've been scaling back on the blog posts, as I have been very busy preparing for all of my Spring shows. The next one, is a big one, the Beyond Spring Awakening show in Calgary, this weekend.  I still have to work out my set up, and finish tagging a few things, but I feel I am on schedule.

This Mothers Day weekend was fun. My husband son and I celebrated Mothers Day, by waking up at 6:00am, and driving into the city to participate in this years Mothers Day run. We did the 5K, and I ran almost the whole way, which is a first for me. I completed the run, in 36:02 minutes. I was really pleased with my time, and my placement of 49th out of 676 ladies in my age category (50-59). I could not have done that a few years ago!
