My trip to Maui, was the inspiration for this necklace that I designed with freshwater pearls, sterling silver and artisan lampwork beads. Kind of like treasures from the sea, coming together to create this beach style piece. I think this would be perfect for a beach wedding! I called it Ebb Tide.
Ebb Tide.
Ebb Tide lyrics
Writers:
Sigman/Maxwell
First the tide rushes in
Plants a kiss on the shore
Then rolls out to sea
And the sea is very still once more
So I rush to your side
Like the oncoming tide
With one burning thought
Will your arms open wide
At last we're face to face
And as we kiss through an embrace
I can tell, I can feel
You are love, you are real
Really mine
In the rain, in the dark, in the sun
Like the tide at its ebb
I'm at peace in the web
Of your arms
Pin It

and until now it still brings meaningful happy tears tears....
Gorgeous! I will have to show it to my friend having a beach themed wedding this fall. She has beading around her neckline and said she would want a simple necklace which this def isn't but it is sure a WOW piece.
I love that your trip to Hawaii inspired that gorgeous necklace. When I went last year I used lava stones in my designs. Very nice bridal necklace!

It's stunning! Apart from a beach wedding I think it would also look fantastic with a sleek dress (urban wedding).
